SAP Corporate Academy – Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

SAP Corporate Academy follows a transparent and student‑friendly refund and cancellation policy. Our goal is to ensure a fair learning environment with complete clarity for all students.

2. Course Enrollment Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility

A refund is applicable only under the following conditions:

  • If you have made the payment and submitted a refund request before the batch starts.

  • If the batch is cancelled from our side or there is a valid technical issue preventing the batch from starting.

2.2 Non‑Refundable Situations

Refund will NOT be applicable in the following cases:

  • Once the batch has started, no refund will be provided.

  • If you have already accessed recorded lectures, study materials, or server access.

  • Refund is not applicable for EMI or installment-based payments.

  • 3. Cancellation Policy

  • Students may cancel their enrollment before the batch begins.

  • After the batch starts, cancellation is allowed but no refund will be issued.

  • Batch shifting is subject to availability.

4. Batch Rescheduling

If a student wants to change their batch timing:

  • They can shift to another available batch of the same course (subject to seat availability).

  • Rescheduling requests are accepted only within the first week of batch commencement.

5. Payment & Fees Policy

  • All payments made are non-transferable.

  • Refunds on discounted fees will be calculated based on the actual amount paid, not the original price.

  • No hidden charges are applied.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Additional bank processing time may vary.
